Flying to England with her new husband, playwright Arthur Miller and her forceful acting coach, Monroe's critical emotional time has her confide in Clark when the experience on The Prince And The Showgirl proves too much for her.
As the fantasy object of desire for millions around the world, this unknown British lad got closer than most.
